What do you love about derby?

I love the feeling of improving as a skater and seeing my hard work pay off. It makes me feel stronger, more capable, and more powerful both on and off the track. Plus, derby has brought some of my closest friends into my life, and I wouldn't trade that for anything!

What music would be your entrance music?

What's the story behind your Derby Number?

In Dungeons & Dragons, a nat 20 is when you roll a 20 on a 20-sided die, the maximum possible value, before any bonuses are applied. It means that you do that ability the best your character possibly can do it!

How did you get your derby name?

My government name is Natalie, so I knew I’d naturally respond to 'Nat.' As a Dungeons & Dragons fan, I wanted a name that tied into something I love. In D&D, a nat 20 is the highest roll you can get on a 20-sided die, meaning you succeed at whatever you're trying to do in the best way possible. It felt like the perfect fit—who doesn’t want to bring that kind of energy to the track?

Where are you from?

Menasha

What is your occupation outside of roller derby?

Digital Marketer

What has roller derby taught you that you apply in your daily life?

Roller derby has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the power of community. I've learned how to take a hit-literally and figuratively-and keep moving forward. It's also shown me that progress doesn't happen overnight, but with consistency and effort, you can surprise yourself with how much you're capable of. And most importantly, derby has reinforced how valuable it is to have a strong support system, both on and off the track.

Do you have any game day rituals or lucky charms?

My partner, Dungeon Smasher, and I almost always stop at Kwik Trip for energy drinks and breakfast sammies on the morning of a bout! It's less of a superstition and more about convenience (and good fuel), but at this point, it feels like a ritual.
